Criminal fiscal cases
One of the main areas of our practice are fiscal penal cases, i.e. cases against a person whose behavior threatens or threatens the income or financial interests of the State Treasury or other public law entities. In this regard, we conduct cases concerning:
- trading in unreliable or defective invoices or customs documents,
- negligence of tax information,
- tax evasion.
